As the Lead Product Designer and Brand Strategist for Raven, I worked closely with the PM to shape the product strategy and bring the vision to life. Raven is an AI-powered job search agent that redefines how candidates find and apply for roles. By scanning the web to surface jobs that match user preferences, offering detailed match insights, and providing tailored resume suggestions, Raven saves users significant time and effort in their job search.
I led the end-to-end product design process, from user research and UX/UI design to developing the brand identity and crafting all product and marketing assets. By focusing on creating a seamless, empowering experience, Raven was designed to make job searching smarter, easier, and less stressful for both active and passive job seekers.
As the Lead Product Designer, I collaborated closely with the CEO on a new AI-assisted recruitment sourcing product. It offers two broad options: Self-Serve and Autopilot.
The Self-Serve option provides an all-in-one sourcing and outreach tool designed for startups. It includes up-leveled standardized candidate resumes with inferred skills and comprehensive company information directly from candidates' work experience.
We even offered a fully integrated ATS that proved to save recruiters dozens of hours.
The Autopilot version offers the same framework, with the added benefit of an integrated team backed by AI that automates sourcing and schedules approved candidate interviews.
2022 - 2023 · Wellfound (Formally Angelist Talent) · Business Lead & Lead Product designer
Functioned as the Business Lead of an innovation team and product called Sponge at Wellfound (formally AngelList Talent). My team and I reimagined the job listing to not only help companies put their best foot forward to attract the right talent but also to help candidates see impactful information all before applying. I also functioned as the Lead Product Designer conducting user research and providing product design for my team.
Executed various initiatives including conversion optimization for the cart & checkout purchase experience on T&N with an emphasis on user research, analytics and mobile conversion. The same UX learnings were executed into the e-commerce stores for all Serta Simmons house of brands as part of an initiative called project slingshot.
Led various other top-of-funnel company promotional growth initiatives that delivered company record-breaking profit numbers. Aided in UX mentorship of junior and intermediate designers
2018 · Lead Product designer
Contracted as design consultant were I spearheaded product design thinking, UX strategy and UI for the company’s central logistical product known as their TMS (Transportation Management System). I embedded a proven UX process for research, design and agile development teams in both their HQ and remote offices for various Transplace products.
Worked with the founding team at Snooz as part of a brand and partner collaboration between them and Tuft&Needle. I redesigned the UX in the Snooz white noise machine app, created new product enhancing features along with an iteration of that app for the Tuft&Needle brand.
Redesigned the Oliver brand to reflect the company's 100 year devotion and quality within the market. Also created brand enhancing tools such as the retread selector and dealer locator to better serve the thousands of truckers and dealer customers nationwide.
