The checkout experience and promotional campaigns influenced millions in annual revenue. Small UX improvements had oversized financial impact. As Lead UX Designer, I led e-commerce experience optimization for Tuft & Needle and the broader Serta Simmons Brands portfolio. My work focused on improving purchase conversion, cross-brand scalability, and growth marketing through data-driven design and collaboration with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams.

Increase online mattress sales and improve mobile conversion by streamlining cart and checkout flows while accelerating digital transformation and product launches across all SSB brands. The Bet? If we aligned create strategy with performance data within growth marketing, simplified UX within checkout UX, and standardized design patterns across brands, we could drive measurable revenue growth and reduce friction across multiple e-commerce storefronts.

First, I partnered with marketing to direct creative strategy for muiltiple growth campaigns, designing promotional assets and coordinating experiments to boost engagement. Second, I led UX for the cart-and-checkout experience, conducting user research, usability testing, and analytics reviews to uncover friction points and growth opportunities. Lastly, I led cross-brand design pattern optimization alongside a cross-functional team for an accelerated product launch across Serta & Beautyrest called "Project Slingshot".
