As Lead Product Designer, I partnered with the PM to define Raven’s strategy and drive its vision from zero to one. Raven scans the web, surfaces matching roles, delivers match insights, and suggests resume optimizations, cutting job-seeking time from 10–40 hours to minutes. I led end-to-end design and, with the PM, ran a pricing A/B test ($5.99 vs. $9.99 after a 7-day trial), securing 50+ paid subscribers during our small experiment and uncovering insights for future product iteration.
I collaborated closely with the CEO to design WellfoundAI, an AI-assisted recruiting platform with two offerings: Self-Serve and Autopilot. Self-Serve delivers an all-in-one sourcing and outreach tool, including standardized, AI-enriched resumes with inferred skills and detailed company profiles, plus integrated ATS capabilities that saved recruiters dozens of hours. Autopilot builds on this framework with a dedicated team and AI to automate sourcing and interview scheduling. This has become Wellfound's premier paid product.
I led UX improvements and conversion-rate optimization for T&N’s cart and checkout, focusing on user research, analytics, and mobile conversion. I extended these learnings across the Serta Simmons brands in “Project Slingshot,” accelerating product launches on direct-to-consumer platforms. I also drove top-of-funnel promotional campaigns that achieved record-breaking profit days and mentored junior UX designers.
2018 · Lead Product designer
As a consulting Lead Product Designer, I overhauled Transplace’s Transportation Management System (TMS). I embedded a full UX process—from user research through agile development—across HQ and remote teams, modernizing their core logistics platform with scalable, user-centered design.
2017 · Senior UX designer
As Senior UX Designer, I directed and crafted digital launch assets and an interactive sales tool for Trijicon’s reveal of their newly acquired electro-optics line at Shot Show (the country’s largest firearms and outdoor industries event). Under a tight timeline, I designed an on-brand, engaging experience that armed Trijicon’s ambassadors with the tools they needed to captivate customers and secure arms-dealer partnerships before the convention.
Worked with the founding team at Snooz as part of a brand and partner collaboration between them and Tuft&Needle. I redesigned the UX in the Snooz white noise machine app, created new product enhancing features along with an iteration of that app for the Tuft&Needle brand.
Redesigned the Oliver brand to reflect the company's 100 year devotion and quality within the market. Also created brand enhancing tools such as the retread selector and dealer locator to better serve the thousands of truckers and dealer customers nationwide.
