Vibe Fall

Launching a game studio and shipping a mobile game in four weeks.

Why I Built It

Could AI compress months of product development into four weeks? I decided to find out. Rather than building another prototype, I challenged myself to create a real business, launch a game studio, ship a mobile game, and navigate everything from design and engineering to publishing and marketing, all while treating it as a real product, not an AI experiment.

From Idea to Launch

What began as a small experiment evolved into founding Zenzo Games, designing an original mobile experience, building a brand identity, and successfully launching on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

What I Built

• Zenzo Games brand identity • Vibe Fall game mechanics and UX • Gameplay balancing systems • Gameplay music and effects

• App Store and Google Play assets • Marketing and promotional content • Social media and community presence • Publishing workflows for both ecosystems

What Happened

Vibe Fall shipped to both major mobile platforms within four weeks. AI supported everything from prototyping and development to branding, marketing, and publishing, enabling a pace that would have been difficult through traditional workflows alone.

What I Learned

AI compresses execution, not taste. The tools made development faster, but product quality still depended on judgment, restraint, and a clear creative vision. AI expanded what was possible—it didn't replace the need for thoughtful decisions.
